      Job Description:

      • Manage the sales target and growth of the company by working with key accounts and distributor manager
      • Lead monthly sales planning
      • Analyze latest sales trends, create proposals, plans, and strategies to meet the clients’ needs
      • Ensure business plans are consistent with the our objectives in terms of profitability and sales revenue
      • Work cooperatively and effectively with marketing and sales teams
      • Focus on growth and development of existing clients, all the while generating new leads

      Requirements:

      • A person with minimum 4 years of key account management experience in a fast paced technology industry
      • Experience in generating new customers
      • Understanding of complex sales cycles at strategic level
      • Understanding of Connectivity & Technology/Software domains
      • A person who is innovative, collaborative, adaptive, and executes solutions flawlessly
      • A person who is dedicated, problem solver, committed
      • Possesses strong communication skills and organizational abilities
      • Well organized and structured, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
      • Quick learner, Team player and believes in sharing ideas and knowledge.
      • Self-motivated, self-starter, very meticulous about time and discipline.

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – Sales/Business Management/Communications/Marketing Master’s Degree would be preferred
